• Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Services Director, the Cook I isexpected to perform a variety of food service related duties according to allthe standards, policies and procedures applicable to Redlands CommunityHospital. This position is responsible for food preparation, set-up, andserving of food for patient services, cafeteria and catering, cafeteria food preparationand service, stocking areas, washing dishes, and cashier duties. Allfoods produced must be prepared according to a recipe or procedure, cashhandling must comply with all required policies and control
• Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.

• S.B. Food Handlers card required
• High School Education or equivalent preferred
• Food service or food production and cashier experience preferred
• Basic computer skills/data entry preferred

For the Flexible Schedule position, anticipated 2 days per week (16 hours), mostly on Saturdays and Sundays, additional hours may be available per department needs.
