Pay Rate: $20.70 - $24.50 DOE
Summary: Guides andinstructs preschool students with curriculum and activities in a safe and developmentally-appropriate classroom under the direction of the Director of Preschool.
The Preschool Teacher models a servant’s heart and promotes an attitude of respect, teamwork and professionalism by speaking well of other faculty and staff members; supporting our entire school system-lower school, middle school, upper school; praying for and with other faculty and staff; encouraging others in Godly living and excellence; lovingly holding others accountable; actively pursuing ways to encourage members of the schools.

Oversees preschool instructional aide to ensure his or her job description is adhered to.
Education and/or Experience:
A minimum of a High school Diploma or GED and 12 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and one year of experience in a childcare center. Education must include 12 units of child development, child-family and community and curriculum. Associate degree (AA) in child development from a two-year college or a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Early Child Development is preferred.
Credentials, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Preschool Teacher certificate is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification, cleared live scan fingerprint and cleared TB test are required
Qualifications:
