Redford Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator Near Livonia, MI

Our family dental practice is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

The Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator is responsible for the results of the day-to-day operations of the Dental Practice, creating a positive experience for the patients and staff. The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who is a driven, organized hands on leader of the practice.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Having basic and advanced dental terminology and being comfortable speaking to dental information and answering general, basic insurance questions
  • Present and discuss treatment plans, with a thorough knowledge of all dental conditions and treatments.•
  • Assist patients by offering payment options with a detailed explanation of available choices for all treatment, payment, and appointment-related needs.
  • Reviewing past due bills and following up on past due accounts
  • Verifying proper reimbursement is received for services provided, documenting, and coding information.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience with the full dental billing cycle
  • Strong Customer Service skills with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Working understanding of dental terminology to explain benefits
  • Electronic Dental Billing. Eagle soft preferred
  • Expertise in Third Party Dental Insurance and Finance.
  • A pleasant personality, patient comfort and satisfaction is a job priority

Office hours are; Monday 9 - 5, Tuesday 9 - 6, Wednesday 7 - 3, and Thursday 10 - 7 and one Saturday a month from 9 - 3.

Dental Experience is a MUST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
