Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in construction management, budgeting, and quality control will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Supervise and manage construction teams to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
