Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card from the FBI or from the Department of Justice—or be willing to obtain one as needed.

Must be willing , background check and TB test.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct medical food service to patients in their homes under the direction of the patient’s Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietitan certified by the Board of Dietetics and Nutrition.

• Provide direct medical food service to patients in their homes under the direction of the patient’s registered dietitian or dietitian certified by the Board of Dietetics and Nutrition.
• Provide direct home care services to patients in their homes under the direction of the patient’s registered dietitian or dietitian.
• Provide direct home care services to patients in their homes under the direction of the patient’s registered dietitian or dietitian.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
