REDCON Solutions Group is Hiring an Unarmed Security Guard (weekends 3rd shift) Near Laona, WI
- Position: Unarmed Security Guards supporting the Blackwell Job Corp Center
- Shift: Saturday & Sunday // 7pm - 7am (plus opportunity to pick up additional hours covering callouts)

- Salary: Compensation on SCA covered Federal Contract consists of $17.20 Base pay $4.57 Health and Welfare for total pay rate of $21.77; for all hours worked up to 40 hours per week. Any time worked over 40 hours in the work week is paid at 1.5X the base pay rate.
- Monitoring staff and contractor/vendor traffic- greeting everyone in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring sign-in and sign-out procedures are complied with
- Answers and screens incoming calls- directing to the appropriate staff and/or area
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining all required security documentation, which may include: Access and Exit Logs, Incident Report Logs, Inspection and Damage Reports for both vehicles and property
- Intervene with non-lethal, passive means in the event of an incident
- Support other duties as determined by the Job Corp Center
- Guard Card
- 2 years of previous security experience preferred
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be in good physical condition, able to complete frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping
