Job Title: Stock Clerk

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for keeping things in order? Redbird, a leading company in Milwaukee, is seeking dedicated Stock Clerks to join our team. As a Stock Clerk at Redbird, you will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is well-maintained and our shelves are stocked for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and unpack shipments of merchandise
- Organize and store products in the stockroom and on the sales floor
- Restock shelves and displays with merchandise in an efficient and timely manner
- Rotate stock to ensure older products are at the front for sale
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom and sales floor
- Assist with setting up promotional displays and signage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in stocking, retail, or a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
