As a Retail Sales Associate at Redbird, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Assist customers with finding merchandise and making purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or point-of-sale system
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms
• Restock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
• Participate in promotional events and sales activities to drive revenue

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
