We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Associate to join our team, Monday - Friday, in a professional manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general repairs and projects as assigned by management. The ideal candidate should have basic experience with tools and materials, as well as a desire to learn and grow in their role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs of plumbing, drywall, and various fixtures
• Paint and perform basic carpentry tasks
• Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for an entire shift.
• Ability to stand, sit, and use tools for long periods of time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety procedures.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
• Experience with PVC cutting tools (pipe cutters, chop saw, etc.) and basic power tools (drill, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
