Redbird, a reputable company in Milwaukee, is seeking a dedicated Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Driver/Warehouse Associate at Redbird, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials and products while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport materials, products, and equipment to designated locations
• Load and unload merchandise from vehicles with care and attention to detail
• Deliver goods to customers' homes or businesses in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment to customers
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and storage areas

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a driver and in warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and packages weighing up to [insert weight] pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
