Are you a friendly and organized individual with a talent for multitasking? Redbird, a respected company in Milwaukee, is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. As a Cashier/Receptionist at Redbird, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service at the reception desk and handling cash transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information about the company and services
• Manage appointments, reservations, and maintain the reception area
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Process sales transactions and issue receipts
• Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
• Assist customers with purchases and provide information about products and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
