We are looking for baristas/bartenders to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages like coffees, teas, and alcoholic beverages. Strongly considering those that have "kitchen ability" that can cross train in the kitchen (cook and prep). These positions INCLUDE TIPS that are split by day per hours worked. Especially weekends tips add up nicely. This is a new building just opening in September 2022, and are currently in a great upward growth trend as the word is spreading hence needing a few more great and capable multi-talented team members. Responsibilities:

• Lots of direct customer face to face interaction so must be able to handle multiple things happening at once and stay calm and collected
• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
• Preparing and serving beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones
• Answering customers’ questions about menu choices
• Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
• Preparing and/or serving alcoholic beverages
• Prepping in the kitchen during down times
• Cook on flat top steel griddle breakfast dishes and burgers
• Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, stocking, and proper handling
• Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized
• Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
• Working to attract new customers and keep customers thrilled about their experience every visit

• Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages

• Must be able to move with pace. We prefer keeping a smaller tighter and functional team than have too many people moving slowly. Means tips are better this way.

Requirements:

• Food Handlers Card
• Age 21 and up Preferred (due to Alcohol)
• Barista Experience (Preferred)
• Bartender Experience (Preferred)
• Cook/Kitchen/Catering/etc Experience (Preferred)

Shifts:

Open hours are Mon-Thu 7AM-7PM, Fri 7AM-10PM, Sat 8AM-10PM and Sun 8AM-7PM. We try to organize as set schedules so everyone knows their schedules for most part and not always changing up and down in hours.
