We are currently hiring a Wound Care/Infection Control Nurse to join our Redbanks Team. Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit, Skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky. In this role you will assist the Director of Nursing in directing the activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide healthcare and nursing services to residents of Redbanks Skilled Nursing Center.

Professional Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky. Wound Care certificate preferred or willing to obtain. Infection Control Nurse training will be provided.

Position Summary: Wound Care will develop & ensure the wound care plan specific for each patient in collaboration with the IDT. Infection Control Nurse is responsible for the prevention, investigation, monitoring & reporting of the spread of diseases in the nursing facility.
