Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including scheduling, regulation compliance, and financial record preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Assist with reconciling sales tax accounts and general ledger accounts
- Process vendor invoices and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Perform close process to ensure accurate financial statements
- Assist with routing incoming calls and keep office supplies in stock

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in payroll processing and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
