• Promote and support the high quality Red Wing / The Shoe Fits brand image through professional selling.
• Enter customer information and sales into X store, process payments, balance cash drawer and daily reporting
• Measure and fit every customer properly
• Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
• Practice industrial sales lead development on the fitting stool
• Light Cleaning and Shipment
• Flexible scheduling but Evenings and Weekends are required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and 0-2 years related experience/training.
• Team and collaboration orientation
• Results oriented
• Effective Written/Verbal Communication including basic computer applications not limited to store websites, email, and social media (where appropriate)
• Bilingual a definite plus
• Retail footwear and/or wholesale experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Lifting 50 pounds, bending lacing shoes, standing for extended periods and climbing a ladder.
• Store maintenance duties including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping & waxing floors, washing windows and setting up and maintaining displays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
