Red Star Vapor is more than just your neighborhood vape shop. Working on the floor and being in constant contact with customers. The Crew member will have a heavy emphasis on customer service. A pro-active approach to helping customers. We strongly believe and display a passion unmet within the industry with a core belief that customer service comes first and foremost.

With our continued expansion into Tucson, we are looking for strong individuals that fit the "customer first mindset" and will happily train the right candidates!

Your individual responsibilities will include Providing excellent customer service to all customers. Keeping the shop clean, and presentable. And making sure that everyone that come's in gets the best Red Star experience possible.

Crew Member Job Responsibilities:

• Assists customers with product recommendations and assures that the customers needs are met to the best of our ability.
• Leads by example, ensuring a lasting impression is presented to anyone and everyone who walks into the store.
• Helps build a proactive and solution oriented customer centric culture within the shop.
• Have a deep understanding and know how of products carried within Red Star Vapor. Being able to advise and teach customers to help them better understand and make selections.
• Have a practical knowledge of store systems
• Handle various responsibilities related to the physical operation of the store, including activities required to open and close the shop, as well as involvement in daily operational functions.
• Maintain and keep store both clean and organized at all times.

• Prevents and minimizes loss prevention as required.
• Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.
• Willing and able to travel to other areas in tucson for training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.35 hourly tips (Ranging from $3-$6 additional dollars per hour)
