We are looking for skilled house-cleaning technicians, housecleaners, and housekeepers. Experience is preferred, but for the right fit, WE WILL TRAIN!

You will be responsible for cleaning, vacuuming, washing, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces of our customer's homes throughout central Ohio. You will be driving in and around central Ohio and its suburbs, serving customers close to your home (or our office) and within a 30-minute drive.

ABOUT THE JOB
Salary Range: $18 to $30 per hour; our A players earn up to $1,100 per week ($55,000/year). $500 bonus after meeting training benchmarks.
Shift: Daytime; typically 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm. No weekends!
Hours: We are currently seeking two new FULL-TIME team members (32 to 38 hours weekly).
Job Location: Hiring for one team member to serve west side of Columbus (Hilliard, London, Dublin & Powell area) and one to serve east side (Westerville, Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred: Paid house-cleaning experience. Required: Steady job history.
• At least 18 years old and finished with high school.
• Drug- and felony-free.
• Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit).
• Must own a reliable vehicle and smartphone.
• Valid car insurance and driver's license.
• Verifiable work history and references, at least one year or more.

DO I WORK ALONE OR IN A TEAM?
Cleaning jobs are primarily performed "solo," by one technician. Occasionally, for larger jobs, solo technicians will work in teams to tackle larger projects.

We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your monthly, weekly, and daily schedules.

HOW DO I GET PAID?
We pay using direct deposit to your bank account. Payday is every Friday.
