Red Rooster Snowballs in New Orleans, LA is looking for one new team member to join our team. We are located @ 2719 Clara Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ready to work hard, we would love to have you join our team. We are looking for candidates who don't mind working in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will work the front counter, and other positions, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare snowballs and other snacks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Take customer orders and assemble them correctly
- Accept payment from customers via a cash register
- Check food items to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in a similar setting
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Collaboration- MUST be able to work well on a team.
- Multitasking- Much like fast-food workers, they will need to be nimble and able to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will be filling multiple orders at once during their shift.
- Communication Skills. The ideal candidate should be effective communicators both to customers and each other while on the clock.
