Primary duties include
-Answering phone calls
-Taking care of guest coming in to lobby

Pay: $13.00 per hour
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest relations and phone systems. Responsibilities:- Greet guests and check them into their rooms- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Experience:- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills is required Benefits:- Competitive pay- Paid time off.
