A day in the life:
The Property Manager is the go-to expert of each property within their portfolio and is responsible for the entire leasing process, tenant communication, property maintenance, rent collection, and investor communication. This person is responsible for all communication and paperwork that goes with the property, including leases and financial ledgers.
The Property Manager manages the daily operations of properties, advertises vacant properties, and handles tenant relations with the goal of maximizing asset value, investor satisfaction, and revenue. Responsibilities include managing tenant financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.
Although not expected to perform these duties alone, this person will ultimately be held accountable for the success of each aspect.
