The property manager plays a critical part in a rental’s success and profitability. The ideal person for this role is a clear communicator with outstanding organizational skills across a variety of technological platforms and who can work in ambiguous settings. A day in the life:

The Property Manager is the go-to expert of each property within their portfolio and is responsible for the entire leasing process, tenant communication, property maintenance, rent collection, and investor communication. This person is responsible for all communication and paperwork that goes with the property, including leases and financial ledgers.

The Property Manager manages the daily operations of properties, advertises vacant properties, and handles tenant relations with the goal of maximizing asset value, investor satisfaction, and revenue. Responsibilities include managing tenant financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, enforcing leases, and preparing performance reports.

Although not expected to perform these duties alone, this person will ultimately be held accountable for the success of each aspect.

Other requirements:

  • Two-years property management experience is required.
  • Driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Availability: Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
