Job Title : Red Robin Busser

Position Overview :

As a Red Robin Busser, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our restaurant's dining area.

You will be responsible for ensuring that tables are cleared and cleaned promptly after customers finish their meals, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities :

• Clearing tables promptly after guests depart, removing dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Wiping down tables and chairs to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenishing supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils as needed.
• Assisting servers with various tasks, including delivering food and beverages to tables, as well as running food from the kitchen.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes to tables.
• Maintaining cleanliness of service areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, as necessary.
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assisting with any other duties assigned by supervisors to support the overall functioning of the restaurant.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
