Qualifications: Required Travel may be required up to 75%, including overnight 5 years of experience in directing management teams in fast-paced environments Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc. Demonstrated success in P&L and operations management Proven leadership skills with talent assessment and team-building abilities High ethical standards and a role model for others Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels Red Robin cultural fit with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Preferred 2 years of multi-unit leadership Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules Physical Requirements: Lifting to 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally; Lifting overhead frequently.
