Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our team and lead one of our vibrant coffee shops. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee industry, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of baristas and other staff members
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and growth
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stock rotation
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotions
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize store performance

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the coffee industry
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic accounting principles
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures
