Job duties include:
Analyze user requirements, evaluate existing security setup for global enterprises
Recommend security solutions to address client needs based on cost benefit analysis and system impact
Estimate project cost
Establish project plan
Determine appropriate resources for project execution
Lead large-scale technical security solution design for software and network in web and cloud-based environments
Identify gaps and vulnerability areas
Design and implement security protocols to monitor applications, networks, and services
Develop processes to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities quickly and efficiently
Design and build tools to automate security monitoring and tasks
Lead Security Engineers in solutions implementation and response to incidents, alerts, and requests Troubleshoot technical issues
Recommend changes to improve company security
Provide regular status update and issues encountered
Ensure deliverable are on time, within budget and industry compliant
Establish security policies and procedures
Develop plan for security monitoring and risk response; create disaster recovery plan and risk matrix
Manager monitoring activities
Requirements:
Master s degree in computer science, information security, Software Engineering or a related field of study
3 years of experience with software and network vulnerability assessment, detection, and analysis; Python; AWS; NIST/ISO/COBIT; automation tool development; Qualys/NessTenable; CI/CD; Jenkins/Maven/Ant; and UNIX/ LINUX
Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. may be required
