Located on a 94-acre working horse farm, Foothills serves 14-year-old to 17-year-old male adolescents and their families. We provide an enriching and experiential program that helps young people improve their lives. Using a holistic approach, our team supports clients on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Remaining alert overnight at all times while our adolescent clients are asleep in case of late-night emergencies or client needs arising
• Providing the highest level of physical and emotional safety to our clients
• Working as part of a treatment team in order to provide clients with the highest level of clinical care
• Implementing coping strategies and emotional regulation skills with our clients as needed during the overnight shift
• Providing behavior management and crisis intervention to clients as situations arise
• Monitoring our adolescent client’s safety in accordance with program procedures and roles
• Reporting information about any client movement via email to team and in person to guides before leaving shift
• Conducting visual checks (seeing hair or skin) of clients every 15 minutes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients
• Developing a positive rapport with our clients, staff and local emergency services
• Maintaining written and/or electronic client records in accordance with regulations
• Carrying out necessary protocol for level watches throughout the night

• (Friday) 9:00PM - 7:00AM (Saturday)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum HS diploma (or equivalent)
