Lawn and Landscape Spray Technician (Full-Time)

We're looking for a dedicated Lawn & Landscape Care Technician to join our growing team! In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for applying essential treatments on lawns and landscape beds, focusing specifically on fertilization and weed control applications.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and apply weed control and fertilizer according to product labels and safety guidelines.
• Calibrate and maintain spraying equipment.
• Ensure accurate application rates and coverage.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Push a fertilizer spreader, operate a spreader / sprayer machine, use a backpack sprayer, and other industry related tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience applying lawn treatments (pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers) a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for providing quality service.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
