Red Noland Cadillac is looking for a full time Lube Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

• A Lube Technician is responsible for performing basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, primarily focusing on oil changes and lubrication services and to ensure that vehicles' engines run smoothly and efficiently by maintaining proper lubrication levels.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes on vehicles following established procedures and guidelines
• Replace oil filters and perform routine filter inspections
• Check and top up fluid levels, including coolant, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
• Lubricate essential components such as hinges, locks and suspension parts.
• Assist with other basic maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Education/Experience Preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a lube technician or similar role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects

Job Type: Full-time
