We are seeking a positive and detail oriented receptionist for our Natural Medicine clinic. You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and managing a busy schedule. You are able to multitask while maintaining organization. You are tech savvy, a problem solver, and a natural helper who enjoys interacting with patients.

This position is located in our Boise office for approximately 20-25 hours per week (current office hours are Monday-Thursday). Initially, work days will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and this is subject to change based on the needs of the clinic. Pay is based on experience.

Receptionist Primary Responsibilities

• Greet, check in and out patients
• Schedule appointments
• Answer phones and provide strong patient service
• Work in collaboration with the doctor’s assistant for any escalated issues

Front Office Manager & Doctor’s Assistant Requirements

• Administrative or office experience is preferred
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience or interest in functional medicine and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently for most of your work day
• Strong computer literacy and tech savvy
• Excellent customer service and passion for working with people

About the Clinic

We have been serving the treasure valley for over 12 years. Our primary doctor is a licensed Chiropractor. In addition, one naturopath serves patients remotely part time and is not present in the Boise clinic. The back office is managed by the doctor’s wife who is on site part time. The doctor and his wife are Christians and have three young children. Our clinic has always respected medical freedom and considers masking and vaccination to be your personal choice.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
