Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and ensure presentation meets standards
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments using POS systems like Aloha POS
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling menu items
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
