Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assist residents in activities of daily living
• Administer medication to residents
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents. strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years old or above
• CPR/First Aid Certification encouraged
• Ability to undergo a background check and drug test
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu
