CNA Duties

• Support resident’s activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication supervision, light housekeeping, and transportation
• Check and record vital signs, weights, and other duties as duly assigned
• Perform homemaking activities such as sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms
• Perform routine care rounds on each assigned resident
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents 
• Ensure patient confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with assigned Registered Nurse, personnel, and resident family members

CNA Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of COVID vaccination and TB test documents 
• 18 years old and above
• BLS Certification encouraged
• Experience encouraged but not required
• Physically fit to lift, transport, or transfer patients as needed
• Completed Criminal background and drug check
• Communication skills – both verbal and written
