Founded and led by experienced BCBAs, we've been dedicated to making positive impacts in the lives of individuals facing developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges for over a decade.

Behavior Technicians work closely with clients, typically in their homes, implementing personalized treatment plans with guidance and support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). They play a crucial role in their clients' support system, encouraging them to overcome challenges and develop new skills through evidence-based interventions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering one-on-one therapy to clients.
  • Supporting clients as they learn new behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Collecting data on client behaviors and progress according to their treatment plan.
  • Assisting in training caregivers on the implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with BCBAs and caregivers to ensure ongoing support and care for our clients.

To join our team, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with developmental disabilities.
  • Preferably, experience or training in ABA techniques.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • A willingness to work in clients' homes

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
