The below job description provides details on how this role will help to serve our clients.Job DescriptionThe Red Gate Group is seeking a Counter Threat Network Intelligence Analyst to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) efforts in Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Emerging Threats.In this dynamic position, you will conduct multi-layered research and intelligence analysis to inform the development of tactical, operational, and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:Provide embedded and reach-back support to CWMD and Emerging Threats operations executed by DTRA and its partners.Interact directly with deployed partners, crafting analytical products to meet unit requests for information.Plan, develop, and deliver tailored analytical capabilities and tools training to supported consumers and partners.Work collaboratively with team members to identify adversary WMD pathways, capabilities, intentions, activities, and vulnerabilities.Assist with community engagement, professional development, and mentorship within the DTRA Operational Analysis Team.This is an excellent opportunity for intelligence specialists and intelligence analysts with experience supporting Special Operations Forces operating in the CENTCOM, EUCOM, and PACOM AORs. Moreover, it is a prime opportunity for transitioning servicemembers and veterans who held MOS/PMOS such as 35F, 18F, and USMC 0231. Your military background and expertise will be pivotal in addressing complex challenges and contributing to the enhancement of the DoD's CWMD mission. QualificationsRequired Experience & SkillsActive TS/SCI Bachelor's degree and more than three years of experience, or an associate degree and five years of experience, or seven years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with four years of directly relevant experience3 years of experience conducting network analysis using Intelligence reporting, metadata, captured enemy material, and non-traditional datasets.Ability to gather and digest finished Intelligence from authoritative producers in the IC and Defense Intelligence EnterpriseUnderstanding of the National Security Strategy and the National Defense StrategyExperience briefing at the Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levelsExperience in counter proliferation, pathway defeat, counter facilitation, counter-threat finance, or supply chain analysis.History of using Intelligence to drive operations or produce effects through DOD, IC, IA, or law enforcement elementsDesired Skills & ExperienceUnderstanding of SOCOM’s role as the CWMD coordinating authority for the DoDMore than one year of deployed Intelligence analysis experience within the Combatant Command AORs (CENTCOM, AFRICOM, EUCOM, PACOM)More than one year of experience in forward-deployed locations providing intelligence support to US Special Operations Forces Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, S3, RMT, TAC, Lucky, NGT, the Wire, the Source, Pulse, Safehouse, NCTC Online, TIDE, QLIX, Kaching, FADE/MIST, and DXExpert understanding of tool suites such as the Skope Tools, DX, Chimera, Griffin, and VoltronExpert understanding of tools such as Babel Street, Berber Hunter, Data Miner, PiX, Silo, and Dun & BradstreetAdditional InformationThe Red Gate Group, Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
