Class A OTR reefer drivers with 12 months experience starting pay of $.50-$.60 CPM with full benefits running 2500-2800 miles per week – average of $1250-$1400/WK based on experience.

Drivers will run TX, OK, KS and CO only and be home weekly for 34-48 hours

99% no touch and 70% drop n hook

Riders and pets are allowed from day one

Trucks are almost all Freightliner Cascadia 2020 and newer.

Qualifications

Must have 12 months regional or OTR experience in the last three years. Can be any type of trailer but OTR/Regional is defined as:

No preventable rear end accidents of any kind in the last five years whether in personal or CMV

No preventable roll over accidents in the last 5 years

No DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years

No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years – none can be major

Can not be terminated for safety violations in the last 12 months

No DUI in personal vehicle (none ever in CMV) in the last 10 years and no more than 1 in a lifetime

Not taking SAP so can never have a refusal or failed drug test ever
