Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, screen candidates, and coordinate the interview process.
• Onboarding: Develop and execute streamlined onboarding procedures to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company and understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Training: Develop, organize and facilitate comprehensive training programs tailored to enhance skills and competencies across various job functions within the company.
• Network: Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and other community organizations to advertise our training programs and employment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Human Resources, specifically in staff development roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and onboarding programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
