About the Role:
We’ve got a lot of data. A *lot*. And it drives our business. Millions of monthly site visitors. Automated ad bidding. Website conversion funnels.
And while we do a great job leveraging that data, we don’t have an elite-level data person to help us make even more sense of it all. Someone that can help take our marketing efforts to the next level, helping generate literal millions of additional dollars of revenue in the process.
That’s where you come in.
Are you a SQL expert? Well-versed in using scripting languages like Python or R? Able to take a mountain of data, clean it, make sense of it, and come to actionable conclusions with it? A data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) pro? Super-familiar with website analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)? Someone we can build our data foundation around?
Then you might be our person.
We need an expert to help us figure out and lay the proper data foundation for our future. We’re figuring out how to evolve our monolithic database into a domain-based model with a world-class data warehousing solution that will help take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Who You Are:
- 10 years of experience working with data to drive business decisions and strategy, preferably in a marketing setting
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Expert-level knowledge of statistical modeling and A/B experimentation
- Extensive experience in SQL, Python, Power BI or equivalent technology
- Experience leading and/or building a data team
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical findings to a non-technical audience

- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising
- Large-scale ecommerce and conversion funnels
- Data warehousing
