Summary : Supervise the shipping department in the Coffee Tea Plant. Transfer pallets of coffee and tea between buildings by driving a tractor trailer.

Manage / operate robots in absence of responsible employees; run line down, as needed; File electronic claims on damaged or missing products;

work with production to make sure orders are ready to be shipped in a timely manner. Limited shipping out of production warehouse.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory skills.
• Proficient skill with personal computer and job-related software packages.
• Warehouse operation skills
• Forklift operation experience

Education and Experience Required : High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years job-related production warehouse experience.

Supervisory experience preferred.
