Red Cone Pressure Washing/ Painting Service LLC is Hiring a Paint Team Member Near Hallandale, FL
Job Summary:
We are a rapidly expanding painting and pressure washing company that is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Painting and Pressure Washing Technicians. Responsibilities:
- Execute painting and pressure washing tasks with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as required.
- Apply paint, stain, or sealant using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve desired results.
- Utilize pressure washing equipment to effectively clean and maintain various surfaces.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of job sites, including covering furniture and protecting surrounding areas, taping and masking.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Maintain equipment and tools in optimal working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any inquiries or concerns.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in painting and/or pressure washing is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train motivated individuals who possess a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to acquire new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay: $120.00 - $350.00 per day
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
