THE TEAM

Nestled in the heart of Waukesha County, just minutes from Hartland, Delafield, Waukesha, and Oconomowoc, the Red Circle Inn’s tradition of quality dining and events continues. Lake Country has seen many changes since the 1848 opening of The Red Circle Inn & Bistro but we remain the destination of choice for steaks, seafood and an exemplary fine dining experience. We will reopen in Spring 2023.

THE PLAYER

You will provide our guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed including linen and china
• Serve food and/or beverage; ensuring consistency throughout event
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
• During event, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
• Once banquet is complete, all linen, silverware, china and trays must be removed from space

Requirements

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT AT RED CIRCLE INN IF

• You are 18 years or older
• You have refined verbal and written communication skills
• You are able to keep up with a fast paced environment
• You are able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 30lbs without assistance
• You are able to stand and/or walk entire shift
• You have prior knowledge of POS systems
• You are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50lbs
• You are consistently available nights and weekends
