Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy shop environment
- Proficiency in technology sales, including computers, smartphones, etc.
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual in English and Spanish, is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
