Are you considering joining a group practice? The opportunity is now available at Redbird Mental Health Services, LLC, a private practice located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, life stress, couples, and family therapy, we are actively seeking passionate mental health professionals. With locations in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and Drums, PA, we also offer telehealth services statewide.

We are currently in search of a part-time to full-time mental health professional capable of providing telehealth, in-person, or hybrid counseling. The ideal full time candidate will provide outpatient individual, family, couple, and/or group counseling. A Pennsylvania license (LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) is required for the full time position. RBMH is also hiring part time for license eligible clinicians. The role requires availability for at least two evenings per week and/or one day on the weekend, with daytime hours also available. While experience is advantageous, we prioritize therapists with a profound passion for trauma informed therapy. Comprehensive training and support are offered in various areas, including trauma therapy, mindfulness, art therapy, and music therapy. Our agency compensates for approved certifications and continuing education.

Bonus points for experience and training in creative arts therapy, mindfulness, Trauma Focused CBT, EMDR, play, and movement therapy. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must, along with a preference for working collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in a private practice is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

- Clinical Intakes

- Evaluations and assessments

- Providing counseling to children, adolescents, and adults

- Maintaining records/notes

- Interdisciplinary Team Meetings

- Testifying

- In-person and/or Telehealth sessions

The full time position requires licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LSW, LCSW). A minimum commitment of two evenings and/or weekend days per week is essential, with daytime hours available. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with full-time preferred.
