Role Description:
Integrated Logistics Operator - Class A CDL is a versatile role crucial for the efficient transit and management of materials within company operations and to client sites. This position demands a robust work ethic, a steadfast commitment to safety, and adaptability to varying daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Driving Responsibilities:
  
  • Operate a 2021 Freightliner Cascadia daycab safely and efficiently between New Castle, DE, and Middletown, DE.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues.
  • Secure cargo properly to safeguard against weather damage.
  • Maintain detailed logs in compliance with DOT regulations, including service hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
  • Manage documentation for deliveries and pickups punctually and accurately.
• Warehouse Responsibilities:
  
  • Safely handle forklifts and other material handling equipment for loading, unloading, staging, and storing goods.
  • Engage in inventory management, including stock checking, counting, and organizing.
  • Uphold and exceed safety standards in all warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance warehouse processes and engage in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist with physical tasks in the warehouse, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and reaching.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Class A driving or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and basic mechanical vehicle maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to strict adherence to delivery schedules.
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), valid Medical Card, and ability to handle physical job demands.

Schedule:
