Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Assist other departments
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other front desk equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
