Red Arch Solutions is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their Corporate Operations team in Columbia, MD. The Contract Administrator will work effectively with all levels of functional, program and corporate management to ensure contract responsibilities are well-managed and program objectives are achieved. This position will be required to perform procurement and contract/sub-contract administration functions during the pre-award, post-award, and closeout phases of the procurement process (cradle-to-grave). At least 5 years of experience in supporting DoD contracting under multiple contract types including, but not limited to, FFP, T&M, CPFF and CPAF.
Job Details:
• Provide assistance to ensure procurement practices, transactions and documentation comply with Company policies and procedures, contract requirements, and Government regulations
• Assist in reviewing and processing procurement requisitions.
• Assist in coordinating, developing and producing procurement documentation such as contracts, subcontracts, agreements, modifications task/delivery orders, solicitations, estimates, cost/price analyses, negotiation memorandums, justifications, determinations, special contract provisions, representations, certifications and other correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining procurement files including monitoring and tracking of subcontractor deliverables.
• Assist in evaluating proposals and quotations; determining offers responsiveness, responsibility and eligibility for award; and provide support for discussions and negotiations.
• Interface and coordinate with contractor/subcontractor, intercompany, interdepartmental and internal department personnel.
• Assist in coordinating, developing, and producing proposals.
• Assist in coordinating, developing, and producing procurement documentation such as acquisition plans, source selection plans and evaluation criteria, agreements, statements of work, data submittal requirements and proposal preparation instructions.
Perform all other position-related duties assigned or requested.
