Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and meeting quality standards. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Handle materials and components required for production
- Fabricate parts and products using various tools and equipment
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution
- Utilize CAD software for design and production purposes
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform basic repairs when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in machining or operating machinery is preferred
- Strong knowledge of materials handling, fabrication techniques, and quality control processes
- Familiarity with tooling and the ability to use various hand tools effectively
- Proficiency in CAD software for design purposes is a plus
- Ability to operate a forklift or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of logic controllers and their functions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure precise measurements

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
