Position Title: Logistics Analyst

Department: Supply Chain and Logistics

Reports to: Director of Supply Chain, Americas

Location: Walnut Creek, CA *Hybrid work policy

Position Summary:

The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for the front-end processing and order management function within the logistics team. The Logistics Analyst will work with internal stakeholders and as well as external logistics providers in coordinating shipment requests across the regional distribution network. The position will monitor and maintain 3PL warehousing and distribution activities with the primary focus on ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are well coordinated and executed in a timely and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Using multiple SAP (ERP) reports; manage and coordinate shipments from our regional distribution centers to customer locations
• Award outbound shipment volumes to transportation vendors for last mile transportation from warehouse to customer
• Follow up with our sales team on open orders that have not been scheduled for pickup by customers
• Resolve all escalations between customers and our warehouse/transportation partners
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are captured, processed, and finalized in SAP (ERP)
• Work cross functionally with different departments to streamline and improve process efficiencies
• Run daily and or weekly reports to ensure data capturing and recognition is being processed and posted in SAP (ERP)
• Maintain accurate filing of all signed documents such as BOL’s, POD’s Commercial Invoice, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight brokers, carriers, 3PL partners and internals customer base
• Schedule and Perform inventory reconciliation for the regional warehouses quarterly and perform all systematic adjustments for inventory write ups/down
• Support our Logistics Program Managers on Key Account projects as needed
• Process inbound warehouse receipts in SAP (ERP) in a timely and accurate manner, including customer returns
• Provide freight quotations for domestic shipments in the US
• Work cross functionally with different departments to streamline and improve process efficiencies
• Manage all new carrier on boarding as well as scheduling all quarterly business reviews
• Manage all insurance claims for inventory damaged by our warehouse and or freight vendors
• Run all month end inventory and reconciliation reports in SAP and reconcile monthly shipping totals with finance
• Support finance with internal audit requests
• Process warehouse releases and provide order status updates

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years job experience in logistics, reporting information processing.
• Associates degree required, or equivalent work experience.
• Must have ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• Advance Excel skills required, Pivot Tables, V‐Lookups, and Formulas & Functions.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project Plan, Visio).
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills required.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally with multiple levels of management.
• Results oriented, organized, highly motivated, and detailed with the ability to multi‐task and prioritize.
• Ability to travel to the within the Americas on a quarterly basis.
