Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong Sr. Tax Accountant to support our client in Los Angeles on a fully remote 6 month project. The Sr. Tax Accountant will work with our client's external tax partner. This position is available due to both expansion and investment activity. The Sr. Tax Accountant should have very strong knowledge of tax provisions and strong system skills (Oracle/Excel preferred). Primary duties to include:- Preparation of quarterly and annual income corporate tax provisions for multinational companyThis includes but is not limited to deferred tax inventory, tax reserve analysis, and preparation of required footnote disclosures in accordance with ASC740 guidance and SEC requirements.- Research, interpret, and evaluate the tax impact of current and proposed legislation on the quarterly and year-end tax provision- Planning and compliance responsibilities for all entity types, including research and special consulting projects
