Our Job Site Supervisors provide leadership and problem solving on our job sites. Are you a trustworthy, take charge type of person who can manage a diverse crew? Do you have experience maintaining safety protocols and ensuring client satisfaction? Do you have experience in construction and enjoy working in extreme conditions? An Average Day
You will oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews while serving as an onsite quality control and safety specialist. You will ensure everyone in the field adheres to safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times. You will coordinate all material deliveries for the start of the job, ensuring accurate inventory. You will schedule and manage inspections and permits while developing and executing punch lists in a timely manner. Throughout your day you will also perform warranty work and some general administrative duties.
