JOB SUMMARY:Legacy Club Hosts and Hostesses are responsible for greeting Guests upon arrival, seating Guests in the dining room, creating and managing reservations within a computer system, maintaining a seating chart and resolving Guest situations.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all timesAssisting with opening and closing duties, such as welcoming guest to the venue in a professional and courteous mannerMust be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.Manage venue reservations and monitor waiting listEscort and socialize with guests while seating them in assigned seating areaAnswer incoming calls and address guest queriesAssist wait staff as neededQUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal formUnderstand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and proceduresAbility to multitaskMust be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidaysMust be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and GuestsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to obtain required work cardsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredMust be able to obtain all required work cards PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking and standing for extended periods of timeWork is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy and may contain second hand smokeAbility to stand and walk for long periods of timeRespond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policyAbility to lift 50 poundsConstant contact with fellow Team Members and GuestsDISCLAIMERThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
