Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in the Cayce area. The Machine Operator is responsible for running machine equipment similar to an extrusion machine, and for unloading / loading the machinery and making necessary adjustments to measurements.

Pay for Night Shift is $17.50 / hr pay increase to $19 / hr once hired permanently!

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

• Operate simple to complex automated machines including Press, Swedging, Chemical Washer, and Packaging
• Make required adjustments to maintain specifications using engineering drawings, verbal instructions, written operator instructions, and boundary samples
• Process components within established operator cycle times
• Measure components and test complete assemblies using calibrated test and measuring tools
• Prepare needed documentation
• All other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Required :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience required
• Ability to operate Automated Equipment
• Ability to use common hand and power tools as well as perform calibrated tests and use measurement equipment
• Able to communicate effectively with a team and work in a group environment
• Must be able to pass an assessment in office
